Considering that the main activity of Tradehouse OÜ (hereinafter also Tradehouse) is importing professional hair care and cosmetic products, accessories, and beauty salon equipment and marketing them to hair and beauty salons, the goal of Tradehouse is to provide its partners (customers of Tradehouse who are legal entities) and students of cosmetology services an opportunity to purchase products for use in beauty salons and for selling the products to the customers of beauty salons based on good trading practices.
Tradehouse is an official and honest merchant that has entered into agreements with the importers and manufacturers of the products, which determine the terms and conditions for business customers and for retail sales.
In order to avoid unfair competition and to limit the distortion of the cosmetology services market, Tradehouse has established the following clarifying terms and conditions for the sale of Tradehouse products to customers who are legal entities, including companies, self-employed persons, LHV entrepreneur account holders (hereinafter also ‘business customer(s)’) as well as students of cosmetology services.
