Fillerina 12HA Derma-Cosmetic Anti-Wrinkle Filler for the eye area is an everyday skin care product with a rejuvenating and firming effect on the skin around the eye area. FILLING EFFECT As the skin ages, the amount of hyaluronic acid gradually decreases, causing imperfections such as age-related wrinkles, mimic lines and loss of volume (sagging and skin irregularities), especially on the cheeks, jowls and lips. Fillerina 12HA anti-wrinkle filler for the eye area contains a proprietary blend of 12 different hyaluronic acid molecules of varying molecular weights and sizes, which are particularly effective in penetrating through the skin layers (ex vivo tests with Franz Cells), thus allowing to fill the tissues and add volume. The molecular weights of the 12 filling hyaluronic acid molecules contained in this formulation range from 400 to 2000000 daltons, up to a cross-polymer molecule, and all of them showed high penetration capacity (ex vivo test). DETECTIVE EFFECT Fillerina 12HA anti-wrinkle filler cream for the periorbital area of the eye combines 3 collagen molecules with different molecular weights (2 000, 12 000 and 300 000 Da) which, when penetrating the dermis (ex vivo test with Franz Cells), promote an increase in the density of the extracellular matrix and improve the filling effect in collaboration with hyaluronic acid molecules. With chronological ageing, the quantity and quality of elastin, the protein that forms elastic fibres, is drastically reduced, thereby compromising skin plasticity and contributing to skin laxity. The formulation also incorporates 2 elastin molecules of different molecular weights (1 400 Da and 2 200 Da) to compensate for this loss and restore skin elasticity and plasticity. LABO TRANSDERMAL TECHNOLOGY The skin is barely permeable. To ensure that Fillerina's hyaluronic acids and functional molecules penetrate the different layers of the skin, Labo scientists developed a patented transdermal technology based on the very low molecular weight of the active ingredients. This is a key condition to ensure that they only penetrate the skin layers. It is this controlled penetration that makes the actives truly effective. The percentages given above refer to the transdermal penetration of hyaluronic acids and functional active molecules (collagens, elastins) in solution after 24 hours.
