Terms and Conditions of the Tradehouse Club Curious Loyalty Program 

1.Definitions 

1.1. Tradehouse is Tradehouse SIA (reg. code 50203437681), address Blaumaņa iela 22, Rīga, LV-1011

1.2. Tradehouse stores are Tradehouse's physical stores and e-shop. 

1.3. The Loyalty Program is Tradehouse's Loyalty Program, which gives retail customers who join the program the opportunity to receive a variety of benefits in Tradehouse stores and to accumulate bonus money according to their customer level.

1.4. Club Curious is the name of the Tradehouse Loyalty Program. 

1.5. A Customer is a retail customer participating in the Tradehouse Loyalty Program. 

1.6. A Loyalty Account is a personal loyalty program account linked to a customer. 

1.7. Bonus Money is a percentage of each shopping cart that the Customer receives back to his/her Loyalty Account. The percentage of bonus money depends on the customer tier. The bonus money is calculated on the change of date. 

2. Club Curious Membership 

2.1. By joining the Club Curious Loyalty Program, you confirm that you are at least 16 years old.   

2.2. By joining the Club Curious Loyalty Program, the person confirms that he/she has provided correct and complete information for registration. If the information provided by the Customer changes, the Loyalty Program participant undertakes to update the changed information in the Loyalty Account. If updating of the data fails or proves impossible for any reason, the Customer undertakes to immediately inform Tradehouse Customer Service via email club@tradehouse.ee

2.3. By signing up for the Club Curious Loyalty Program, the individual agrees to allow Tradehouse to send him/her important information related to the Loyalty Program and the Loyalty Account.

2.4. To join the Club Curious Loyalty Program, the Customer must confirm the registration in the Tradehouse e-shop.

2.5. Membership of Club Curious is free of charge. 

2.6. The Club Curious Loyalty Program is not intended for the purchase of goods for resale.

2.7. Membership of Club Curious is personal and the Customer may not pass on his/her Loyalty Account login details to third parties to obtain benefits.

2.8. By becoming a member of Club Curious, the Customer confirms that he/she accepts the terms and conditions of the Loyalty Program. 

2.9. The Club Curious membership and level period starts after the registration of the Client's details in the Tradehouse database and joining the Loyalty Program. 

2.10. Club Curious loyalty level rewards will take effect immediately upon joining the Loyalty Program or changing the loyalty level.

3. Club Curious Levels

3.1. The Club Curious Loyalty Program has three levels: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. 

3.2. Customers participating in the Loyalty Program are divided into tiers according to the customer’s total cart value for the previous calendar year. The calendar year is personal for each Customer and starts on the day of joining the Loyalty Program or the date of the level change. 

3.3. The customer's total cart value, bonus money, and levels are calculated at each date change. If the Customer reaches the total cart value required for the next level, he/she will be moved to the next customer level and the new benefits will automatically apply.  

3.4. The Club Curious level achieved by the customer lasts for 12 months from the moment this level is reached.

3.5. Club Curious levels give the Customer different benefits. A comparison of the levels is presented in a table under the category "Club Curious Rewards".

4. Club Curious Rewards

4.1. The bonus money will be calculated on the final amount of the Customer's shopping cart before the Loyalty Program Bonus Money is used.

4.2. The Bonus Money can be used to pay for purchases in Tradehouse stores. The Bonus Money cannot be collected by purchasing gift cards.

4.3. The Bonus Money can be used for the full amount of the shopping cart, except for the purchase of a gift card.

4.4. The accumulated Bonus Money expires on 31 January of the year following the year it was earned. For example, the Bonus Money collected in 2024 will expire on 31 January 2025.

4.5. Membership gift and personalized birthday discount are digital promotional codes sent to the Customer's email, which give Club Curious members a one-time discount. The discount code has an expiry date and, for redeeming, must be associated with a valid email address in the Customer's Loyalty Account. To receive the Birthday Bonus, the Customer must authorize his/her Loyalty Account with his/her personal identification code. The discount is valid on your birthday and three days before and after your birthday.

4.6. Digital promo codes give a discount only on full-priced items. Discounted campaign items are not eligible for additional discount. Only one promo code can be used at a time.

4.7. Payment in several instalments is the option to pay for your order in the shopping cart in instalments. Tradehouse hire purchase partner is ESTO AS (reg. code 14180709). Find out more about the Tradehouse Hire-Purchase Conditions.

5. Processing of Personal Data

5.1. The processing of personal data in the Club Curious Loyalty Program is carried out in accordance with the Tradehouse Ilukaubamaja Terms and Conditions for Processing Personal Data.

6. Amendments to Terms of the Loyalty Program

6.1. Tradehouse reserves the right to unilaterally change the terms and conditions of the Loyalty Program at any time by informing the Customer in Tradehouse stores, online shop, and by e-mail. The Tradehouse is not obliged to justify the changes. 

6.2. If the Customer does not wish to continue to use the Club Curious Loyalty Program under the amended terms and conditions, he/she has the right to terminate his/her membership at any time.

6.3. By withdrawing from the Loyalty Program, the Customer loses the Bonus Money accumulated in the Loyalty Account in favor of Tradehouse. After leaving the Loyalty Program, the Customer will no longer be able to use the Bonus Money or any other Club Curious rewards.

7. Other Conditions

7.1. If the Customer fails to comply with these Terms and Conditions, or otherwise intentionally attempts to misuse his or her account or any other Loyalty Program account, Tradehouse may immediately terminate the Customer's Loyalty Account. Tradehouse reserves the right to terminate the membership of any Customer who defrauds Tradehouse or its employees and behaves in a threatening or illegal manner towards them. By cancelling a Loyalty Account, the Customer loses the right to use the Bonus Money and Club Curious level rewards accrued in the account. Tradehouse reserves the right not to allow a Customer who has breached the terms of the Agreement to open a new account.
